Recruiting Coordinator
We're seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our high-volume recruiting team.
As an Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our candidates, recruiters, and business partners to provide the best selections experience as we work to fill open roles. You will collaborate with recruiters to manage our day-to-day processes including requisition management, scheduling, offers, and events. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization is staffed with the right individuals who can contribute to our success.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to schedule and confirm candidate interviews, which may include virtual interviews, panel, in-person or career hiring events.
  • Tracking scheduling activity and adhering to scheduling targets.
  • Initiating candidate assessments, sending candidate reminder notifications, and recording testing results within the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensuring GEICO applicants have a positive experience throughout the hiring process while promoting GEICO as an Employer of Choice.
  • Collaborating with HR and Onboarding to improve efficiencies in the candidate workflow process.
  • Assisting recruiting team in capturing accurate recruiting data and sharing with business partners and recruiting team members.
  • Other recruiting administrative projects or tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent years experience.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Outlook.
  • Experience in customer service or sales/client relations.
  • Previous experience working in a Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proven time management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous scheduling or recruiting coordinator experience preferred.
  • Prior experience using Workday
