Job description

Responsibilities

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Daily data entry and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platform (ADP Enterprise, Workforce Management, ADP Document Cloud)

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Run standard and custom data reports for Human Resources management and leadership

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Help troubleshoot system errors and user login issues in all Automatic Data Processing (ADP) platforms (Workforce Management, MyADP) as well as C-Cure (physical access system)

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Act as a liaison between the Human Resources team, Information Technology, Information Security, and software vendors

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Under the supervision of the HRIS Analyst, test system updates, patches, and new program features

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure confidentiality and security of all personnel data

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Research, verify, and respond to written and/or oral inquiries from employees and third parties regarding employment verifications for former and current employees; compose and distribute routine written correspondence as necessary

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Conduct disciplinary reviews of internal applicants during the Recruitment process (Applicant Listing)

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide backup documents for Audits (Internal and external)

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform special projects and assignments as directed by management

Qualifications

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Minimum two (2) years HRIS and/or HR operations experience with a strong emphasis on data reporting required

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook, required; knowledge of Microsoft Visio preferred

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong self-motivation and follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and adaptable

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, and listening abilities. Professional appearance and ability to maintain required confidentiality

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, Funds, the union, vendors, and the public. Demonstrates a positive service attitude in all interactions

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize assignments
