Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project intake, financial management, cross-team delivery coordination, and portfolio-level oversight and a proven ability to manage risk, ensure compliance, and deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Own project intake and financials management, including tracking budgets, forecasts, and actuals. Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined project or smaller program deliverables across multiple teams. Define and communicate objectives, manage risks and issues, and maintain end-to-end visibility of health and status. Ensure delivery meets expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Manage dependencies, remove impediments, and drive risk mitigation across workstreams. Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to support milestone achievement. Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and leadership on delivery, schedule, risks, and issues. Align execution with requirements by partnering with sponsors and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards and processes. Support resource planning and readiness for releases and deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, including reporting across large, multi-instance environments. Demonstrated experience managing portfolio-level functions with end-to-end oversight and program delivery. Experience leading continuous improvement and change, including release planning and readiness. Ability to develop and document standards and maintain comprehensive project communications. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels. Experience operating as an individual contributor while coordinating multi-team delivery.
