The Senior Workforce Management Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading complex workforce management initiatives related to company separation, with a key focus on enabling the transition from ADP to Dayforce.

This role combines deep functional WFM expertise with strong IT project management capabilities to deliver system transformation, labor optimization, and operational excellence across distribution center operations.

The position requires ownership of enterprise-level initiatives including requirements gathering, system design support, end-to-end testing, and stakeholder alignment across HR, IT, Operations, and Finance.

Scope of Role

  • Own separation related requirements through build activities related to end-to-end workforce management processes including forecasting, scheduling, and labor analytics
  • Lead large-scale system initiatives of ADP to Dayforce transition
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements for system configuration and development
  • Operate independently to solve complex problems
  • Influence cross-functional partners to drive outcomes

Key Responsibilities

System Transition & IT Project Leadership (ADP Dayforce)

  • Lead business readiness activities supporting migration from ADP to Dayforce
  • Collect and validate business requirements
  • Partner with IT, HRIS, Operations, and vendors to translate requirements into solutions

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • End-to-end system testing
  • Smoke testing and validation
  • Provide post go live hypercare support

Project & Program Management

  • Manage multiple separation initiatives with timelines and deliverables
  • Track risks, dependencies, and milestones
  • Provide structured updates to leadership

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as liaison between Operations, HR, IT, and Finance
  • Communicate system changes clearly
  • Assist with training support for impacted employees
  • Present updates to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years Workforce Management experience or HR IT related PM experience
  • Experience supporting WFM system implementations
  • Strong business requirements gathering skills
  • Experience with UAT, end-to-end testing, and smoke testing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to travel 30%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Management and/or Dayforce
  • Experience in distribution center operations
  • Cross-functional program experience
