TMPC is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team of diverse professionals.


As a Program Manager, duties include but are not limited to being responsible for coordinating all aspects of contract management. Program Managers oversee the various projects a business implements to ensure they all align effectively with the organizations mission and the programs goals. The companys leadership team will typically inform Program Managers of their strategic direction and the goals theyd like the company to achieve. Program Managers will then monitor the progress of several projects within their program to make sure they follow this direction and exceed these goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing programs and projects in a company, ensuring they adhere to budgets and deadlines
  • Setting goals and guidelines, managing staff and deadlines, liaising with internal and external parties, and coordinating managers
  • Developing progress reports, funding proposals, and program budgets
  • Managing the risks and contingency plans of a program
  • Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
  • Manages all aspects of projects for an organization
  • Coordinates the work activities for multiple functions to ensure satisfying delivery
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery
  • Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management
  • Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors
  • Knowledge and demonstrates the ability to apply HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and CI.


Basic Qualifications:

  • CITP-Fundamentals (at proposal)
  • CITP-Analysis (within 2 yrs)
  • 10+ yrs InTP/CI/security program management
  • Everfox platform experience
  • Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is required.



**Position is contingent on contract award**



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Has past performance experience in handling HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and CI.
