Employee Research & Surveys: Conduct workforce research, human capital surveys, and AI-driven sentiment analysis to enhance employee experience.  Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate Employee Research & Surveys delivering Workforce Planning & Strategic Human Capital Analytics - Employee Research & Surveys through Lead research | manage delivery | ensure outcomes.  Further, they Oversee survey programs, manage stakeholders, ensure compliance and performance.
