  • Build an inclusive, positive, and high-performing store culture that reflects Jumbo's values.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven success managing a large-format, high-volume retail operation.
  • Experience within big-box retail, department stores, value retail, toy retail, home goods, or other high-volume specialty retail environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple Department Managers and large store teams of 50+ employees; experience leading teams of 100+ employees is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including workforce planning, inventory management, merchandising, replenishment, loss prevention, and customer service.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to analyze business performance, manage budgets, interpret KPIs, and drive profitable growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Why Join Jumbo?

  • Be part of the launch of an internationally recognized retail brand in Canada.
  • Join a growing organization with exciting career development opportunities.
  • Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where your leadership makes a direct impact.
