This position plays a critical role in workforce scheduling, employee coordination, onboarding support, staffing operations, and maintaining efficient day-to-day workforce management.

Responsibilities- Coordinate workforce schedules and staffing coverage
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
- Assist with workforce operations and administrative support
- Communicate effectively with staff, leadership, and field personnel
- Help ensure operational efficiency and service continuity
Qualifications- 2+ years of staffing, scheduling, healthcare administration, or workforce coordination experience
- Associate degree or a Bachelor's level education is required; additional education in business, home care, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to details
- Experience using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Clear and professional communication skills written/oral
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
