Family Bridge Healthcare Services Inc is seeking a highly organized and motivated Workforce Operations Coordinator to support our growing healthcare staffing and operational needs across Georgia.

This position plays a critical role in workforce scheduling, employee coordination, onboarding support, staffing operations, and maintaining efficient day-to-day workforce management.

We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting healthcare teams that serve communities with compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workforce schedules and staffing coverage
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
  • Assist with workforce operations and administrative support
  • Communicate effectively with staff, leadership, and field personnel
  • Help ensure operational efficiency and service continuity
  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of staffing, scheduling, healthcare administration, or workforce coordination experience
  • Associate degree or a Bachelor's level education is required; additional education in business, home care, HR, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to details
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
