About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce is seeking a Lead in Workforce Intelligence focused on Insight Strategy & Design. In this strategic, individual contributor (IC) role, you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of workforce analytics, focusing on HR domains (e.g. talent growth & development, org health, employee experience). Leveraging deep technical expertise and a consulting mindset, you will translate complex workforce patterns into clear, actionable signals for senior leaders. This high-impact opportunity will support the evolution of critical data products and play a key role in how Salesforce unlocks the agentic enterprise.

Core Responsibilities

  • Analysis & Interpretation: Conduct substantive workforce analysis - forming hypotheses, identifying root causes, and quantifying business implications. Connect data across HR domains (e.g. talent growth & development, org health, employee experience) to inform specific leadership actions.

  • Product Development & Analytics: Evolve and maintain Tableau products used by leaders globally. Manage data validation, quality assurance, and metric iterations for workforce signals.

  • Insight Strategy & Design: Apply user-centered design principles to data. Develop narratives and interfaces that translate technical signals into clear, actionable insights for functional leaders.

  • Agentic Implementation: Develop and advise on the data and analytical models powering conversational analytics and agentic experiences (Agentforce). Drive the strategic shift for how analytics are delivered and consumed in the flow of work.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Product, Data Engineering, and partner data teams to align strategies, proactively remove technical and organizational blockers, and ensure the insights roadmap stays on track.

What We're Looking For (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, I/O Psychology).

  • Experience: 5+ years in people/workforce analytics with a proven track record of delivering insights to senior leaders. Exceptional executive presence, skilled at presenting complex data and fielding difficult questions.

  • AI & Design Mindset: Curiosity about applying generative AI and agentic technologies to workforce intelligence workflows.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and HR data modeling. Proven ability to lead the full analytical product lifecycle, delivering integrated data solutions and actionable visualizations. Exposure to predictive analytics or AI-enabled analytics preferred.

  • Analytical & Statistical Rigor: Proven ability to conduct sophisticated analyses, test hypotheses, and quantify business impact. Experience in communicating statistical concepts to non-technical audiences, with a preference for experience in predictive modeling and experimentation.

  • Influence & Collaboration: Proven ability to navigate a matrixed environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate technical complexity into clear business value.

  • Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal communication, crafting compelling, data-driven narratives that persuade and move senior leaders to action with a clear "so what?".
Autonomy: Proven ability to operate with moderate autonomy, handling day-to-day projects independently while seeking guidance for high-level strategy and prioritization.
