  • This is a Financial Management Level 1 or 2 certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26

Qualifications
FOR GS-11 GRADE LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying comprehensive financial management analysis and performance evaluations of budgetary transactions, system outputs, and complex manning data to resolve financial anomalies, optimize fund utilization, and ensure regulatory compliance within an organization.
FOR GS-09 GRADE LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in the comprehensive financial management analysis and performance evaluations of budgetary transactions, system outputs, or complex manning data to resolve financial anomalies, optimize fund utilization, or ensure regulatory compliance within an organization.

  • Successful completion of a Master's or equivalent graduate degree; -OR-

  • Successful completion of LL.B. or J.D., if related to the position being filled; -OR-
  • A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
