Required Qualifications 

Experience 

·         10+ years in UKG/Kronos implementations and integrations 

·         Proven experience with: 

o    UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central (WFC) (depending on environment) 

o    End-to-end integration lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support) 

·         Hands-on experience implementing complex, enterprise-level integrations across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits systems 

·         Experience working in multi-system HR ecosystems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, third-party vendors) 

Technical Skills (Required) 

Integration & Middleware 

·         Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) – Certification REQUIRED
