Coastal Endoscopy Center has an immediate need for a per diem Registered Nurse!

At Coastal Endoscopy Center, we believe health and care are inseparable. We focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for your surgical procedure. Our facility is accredited by The Joint Commission. 
 
Registered Nurse at Coastal Endoscopy Center
The Registered Nurse has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre or post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. The Registered Nurse ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care. The PACU Registered Nurse performs additional duties needed by the department. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Must have an active Registered Nurse in the state of New Jersey.
  • Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care. GI experience a plus!
  • Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
  • Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians
Starting Pay: $42.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
