Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Type: Contract, 36 hours weekly, 3pm to 7am, evenings and nights 


Position Overview:
Prosperity is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department. The ideal candidate thrives in critical situations, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a Level I Trauma setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide rapid assessment, triage, and treatment of patients with a wide range of emergent conditions
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Respond effectively to trauma, cardiac, and other critical emergencies
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols
Accurately document patient care, treatments, and progress
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Room RN experience
Active PA Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
