Description

Delta Point is seeking a temporary System Analyst to support our program at Aberdeen Proving Grounds.  This position will play a key role in developing and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions that improve training management, collaboration, knowledge management, and business operations. The role leverages Power Apps, SharePoint Online, workflow automation, and reporting tools to support mission objectives and digital modernization efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain Power Apps solutions supporting training and mission-related business processes.
  • Design, administer, and enhance SharePoint Online sites, content, permissions, and collaboration tools.
  • Develop automated workflows and process improvements using Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to support leadership decision-making and training compliance.
  • Analyze business processes and user workflows to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct usability assessments and implement enhancements to improve user experience and adoption.
  • Troubleshoot application functionality, data integration, security permissions, and user access issues.
  • Develop technical documentation, process maps, SOPs, and end-user training materials.
  • Support knowledge management, organizational communications, and content management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with government personnel and stakeholders to deliver mission-focused solutions.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online environments.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint administration, and workflow automation.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Army, DoD, or Federal Government organizations.
  • Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or SharePoint certifications.
  • Experience with Power BI, dashboard development, and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of Army knowledge management, training management, or workforce development programs.
  • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity and information management requirements.
