Operating at the core of organizational growth, you will partner across departments to manage our Relias LMS, coordinate the Riverbend Training Committee, support critical accreditation and audit processes, and champion comprehensive onboarding and continuing education programs that elevate staff performance and patient outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing success of the Training Institute through organizational collaboration, stakeholder engagement, data-informed reporting, and strategic workforce development initiatives.
  • Lead and organize the Riverbend Training Committee.
  • Manage Relias LMS implementation, administration, optimization, reporting, and user support.
  • Support CCBHC including readiness, competency tracking, compliance, accreditation, and audit preparation.
  • Oversee continuing education processes, training records, accreditation and documentation.
  • Design, implement and continuously update a comprehensive onboarding training curriculum to ensure compliance with state, federal and CCBHC regulations, organizational standards, and workforce development needs.
  • Support internship, workforce development, grant, and partnership initiatives.
  • Oversee internal trainer development, curriculum design, and training evaluation processes. Leverage evaluation data to enhance educational content, address learning gaps, design, develop, or coordinate training solutions to meet organizational needs.

Who You Are:
  • Experience in Training & Development: Proven track record in designing, managing, and scaling training programs-ideally within behavioral health, healthcare, or human services environments.
  • LMS Expertise: Hands-on experience administering learning management systems (Relias LMS experience strongly preferred).
  • Regulatory & Compliance Acumen: Deep familiarity with CCBHC standards, healthcare accreditation processes, and state/federal training mandates.
  • Instructional Design & Evaluation Skills: Strong command of curriculum development, adult learning theories, trainer coaching, and data-informed training evaluation.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to lead committees and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • Master degree in related field required.
  • Three to five (3-5) years' experience in training, healthcare operations, workforce development, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with learning management systems and compliance initiatives preferred.
