Orchestrate High-Impact Workforce Initiatives: Lead, coordinate, and execute career and workforce development engagements across regional high schools and community organization networks.

Cultivate Strategic Community Ecosystems: Build and maintain high-value, collaborative partnerships with government entities, civic organizations, and local school district leadership to expand program visibility.

Command Outreach Logistics & Communication: Serve as the professional, public-facing ambassador for the organization, systematically scheduling contact points and leading community-wide presentations.

Drive Data-Driven Accountability: Meticulously track, audit, and analyze regional workforce metrics, documenting all outreach efforts and contact history to evaluate program efficacy.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
