Position: Career Services Specialist

Location: Menasha, Waupaca, Oshkosh, WI

In this role, you'll work under the guidance of our Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA) Team Leader to provide individual and group services aimed at enhancing work experience, readiness skills, and job training. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, assessment, and supervision of clients enrolled in various workforce development programs.

Position Overview- Key Responsibilities (Full details on attached job description):
  • Determines client eligibility for WIOA services and document program requirements and action steps in accordance with federal and organizational guidelines.
  • Conducts comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' skills, aptitudes, work history, and service needs—including supportive services—and develop tailored employment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Utilizes the Transition to Success model and the "Map of My Dreams" workbook to assist clients in setting and tracking personal development goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
