Job Title: Client Services & Business Development Associate - IT Workforce Solutions
Location: Central New Jersey (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our growing IT Workforce Solutions team. This role combines client account management and business development, offering an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in sales, client engagement, and revenue growth within the IT staffing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand services within current accounts.

  • Drive new business development through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.

  • Understand client hiring needs and collaborate internally to deliver high-quality talent solutions.

  • Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage sales pipeline activity.

  • Consistently work toward defined revenue targets and performance KPIs.

  • Support client retention and business growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition.
