Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Production Supervisor opportunities in Leeds, AL. Responsibilities for a Production Supervisor include but are not limited to:

· Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met

· Lead and coach production teams, assigning work and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

· Monitor production metrics and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and data tracking systems

· Enforce company policies, manage employee relations, and support training and workforce development

Candidates for Production Supervisor must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment

· Strong communication and leadership skills with experience managing teams

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to improve operational efficiency

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
