This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, relationship building, workforce development, and supporting organizational growth.

Working closely with the Vice President of Human Resources, you will help drive talent acquisition initiatives, manage our internship and early career programs, support employee development efforts, and contribute to a culture that reflects our People.Building philosophy.


Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing through offer preparation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and identify the best candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and HR leadership on employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Internship & Early Career Programs
  • Lead CM&B's internship program from recruitment through program completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and workforce development organizations.
  • Coordinate campus recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Plan intern orientation, mentorship opportunities, site visits, and professional development activities.
  • Measure program success and identify opportunities to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Employee Experience & HR Support
  • Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and recruiting data.
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions and support HR communications.
  • Coordinate performance review, mentorship, and employee development activities.
  • Support compliance efforts and HR best practice.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
