We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across the company. This role provides administrative and logistical support for events, communications, branded merchandise, employee engagement programs, and marketing projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys coordinating multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do:


Human Resources Support

Assist with onboarding activities for new employees.

Coordinate orientation schedules and onboarding materials.

Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

Help communicate HR programs, policies, and resources.

Serve as a local point of contact for employee questions.


Recruiting & Workforce Development

Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and workforce development activities.

Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiting logistics.

Support relationships with local schools, workforce programs, and union partners.


Employee Communications & Engagement

Support company communication initiatives.

Promote employee programs, events, and appreciation activities.

Help coordinate volunteer and community involvement opportunities.


Marketing Support

Capture project photos and local office highlights.

Assist with social media content and success stories.

Coordinate local marketing materials and branded merchandise.

Support customer events, open houses, and community outreach activities


Office & Event Coordination

Assist with office events and employee celebrations.

Coordinate meeting logistics, catering, and guest visits.

Help maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.


What youll need (minimum qualifications)

Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

1-3 years of administrative, HR, marketing, recruiting, or office support experience.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Comfortable interacting with employees, candidates, and community partners.

Ability to occasionally travel locally for events and recruiting activities.
