Position Summary
MIRACORP is seeking a motivated and highly organized Workforce Program Analyst to support a federal government customer. This position will provide program coordination, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and executive level support for initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workforce initiatives, action items, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration across Military Departments, functional communities, leadership organizations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, employee retention, professional development, and workforce readiness initiatives.
  • Develop executive level briefings, presentations, decision support materials, meeting documentation, reports, and communications.
  • Track organizational priorities, deliverables, action items, risks, dependencies, and follow up activities through completion.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across senior leadership forums, working groups, and cross functional teams.
  • Prepare meeting materials, capture decisions and action items, maintain documentation, and monitor commitments through completion.
  • Analyze workforce initiatives and emerging requirements to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide timely status updates, recommendations, and decision support information to program and government leadership.

  • Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense programs preferred.
  • Experience with workforce planning, human capital, talent management, program management, or organizational initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare materials for senior and executive level audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, stakeholders, meetings, action items, and deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
