  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health's Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedurestoensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
  • Develops, implements, andmodifiespolicies and procedures according to all applicable guidelines/regulations.
  • Serves asa liaisontoFinanceproviding 340B program information includingutilization, savings, processes, databases, exceptions/discrepancies, and improvement actions.
  • Coordinates and prepares operating and capital plans and provides monthly variance analysis for TrinityHealth'sPharmacy business line with a focus on the 340B program.
  • Assistswith quality control and TPA maintenance.
  • Plans, conducts, and reviews monthly self-audits of the hospital-based outpatient340B program to ensure compliance with the 340Bprogram ofpolicies and procedures.Immediatelyreportany discrepancies/deviations to the 340BProgramDirector.
  • Team Management & Development:OverseeingDailyworkand performance of the teamwhile providingguidance,coaching,andfeedback.Ensuringclear communication withinteamand other departmentsbyfacilitatingmeetings,relayinginformation,and building/maintainingpositiverelationships.Trouble shooting operational issues and finding solutionsin addition toescalatingissues to Sr Management when necessary.Monitoringteam goals againstmetrics and standard work procedures.
  • Performs other duties as requested by supervisor, manager, or department head.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mustpossessa comprehensive knowledge of340Bthroughan equivalentcombination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree witha focusonaccounting, finance, information technology, business, or related field.
  • Atleastfive(5)years of work experience consisting ofaccounting, finance, information technology, businessmanagement, or related roles.
  • 340B University ACE certification w/in 6 months of hire.
  • Ability to motivate,guide,and inspire team memberswhileprioritizingteamtasks and managing time.
  • Demonstratedproficiencyandexpertisetoidentify,evaluate,and articulate operational opportunities and risks,andbusiness needs/gaps.
  • Advanced business management skills to develop new or enhance existing operational and system strategies,policies,and programs.Executive project management skills to lead strategic initiatives,identifyand prioritize business needs, provide effectivesolutions,and manage the necessary resources toaccomplishgoals andobjectives.
  • Mustpossessexcellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, advanced analytical skills, be well organized andmaintaina highly professional manner and appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal,consultative,and relationship building skillstoinitiateand develop productive collaborativepartnershipswith all levels of leadership across the organization.Ability to effectively influence results, garnersupport,andmanage complex relationships within and across the organization.An extremelyelevated levelof diplomacy and tact arerequired.Ability to read the subtle nuances of situation and react/plan accordingly.
