Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant to join the Strategic Workforce Planning Division (SWPD) within the Organization Consulting Department.

SWPD is responsible for driving enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives that align with Saudi Aramco’s long-term business strategy and operational needs.

The role holder will use data analytics, forecasting and optimization tools to assess current and future workforce requirements, identify gaps, and develop actionable plans to ensure the right talent is in place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives that align with the company's long-term business strategy and operational needs.
  • Data Analysis and Forecasting: Use data, analytics, and forecasting tools to assess current and future workforce requirements, identify gaps, and develop actionable plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and HR leaders to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and influence executive leadership levels.
  • Workforce Analytics: Apply workforce analytics to solve real business problems and drive business impact.
  • Workforce Planning and Optimization: Design and implement workforce planning methodologies, tools, and systems to ensure workforce readiness and agility.
Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will have:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Statistics. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, organizational development, or as an internal or external management consultant.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and leading consulting projects with business impact.
  • Proven ability to apply workforce analytics to solve real business problems and influence decision-making at executive leadership levels.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning methodologies, tools, and systems used in large organizations.
  • Additional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Business Analytics are advantageous
