In this crucial position within Elevate Living, you will oversee and optimize our maintenance process to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery. What You'll Do:

  • Elevate Planning and Organization: Developing and implementing workflow strategies to streamline maintenance processes and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate and optimize maintenance scheduling and outside vendors to ensure timely responses to service requests and preventative maintenance tasks. With this, you will utilize your knowledge and problem-solving skills to allocate internal and external resources to meet company needs and consumer expectations.
  • Elevate Performance: Directing the workflow for maintenance technician's and provide guidance, support, etc. to ensure quality services. In addition, monitor key performance indicators such as response times and completion rates to evaluate the performance and identify improvement areas while consistently leading improvement initiatives.
  • Elevate General Operations: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment and mitigate risks while communicating with the appropriate parties when safety concerns arise.
