Jack Henry's Enterprise Workflow Support & Services team is hiring a consultant to help deliver cutting edge software solutions to make our clients' lives easier! This individual works to advise financial institutions of best practices and ways that our product allows for automation and efficiency in multiple areas. Days are spent interfacing with internal and external stakeholders at high levels so good communication skills are a must! The ideal candidate is a visionary, able to work independently to identify gaps, craft high-level strategic solutions, and work collaboratively with our partners to deliver success. Jack Henry strives for a culture of growth, and from this opportunity individuals would be exposed to multiple opportunities for growth within this team or with other product groups with which they would collaborate.
This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.

What you'll be responsible for:
• Conducts primarily remote customer operational and/or systems analysis, with on-site visits as required, to identify problems and uncover operational and system improvement opportunities. Drafts proposals, including detailed reports that outline the findings and recommendations for process improvement.
• Based on results, designs solutions and hardware/software specifications by creating detailed documents.
• Supports customers by utilizing data analytic tools and identifying ways to improve key performance factors.
• Creates solution deployment strategy.
• Ensures testing and customer training are referred to support organizations.
• Creates project plans to monitor progress, assuring all milestones are completed as projected.
• Effectively discusses JHA products, services and solutions with customers to ensure client retention.
• May identify company products or services sales opportunities to fulfill customer's current or future needs and communicates to appropriate sales team.
• May assist customers in evaluating marketing plans, identifying strategic marketing initiatives and monitoring progress of a programs performance.
• May assist customers in the design and development of marketing plans for products and services.
• May communicate marketing campaigns and assist customers with the campaign program.
• May have some financial responsibilities including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing.
• May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
• May assist less experienced peers.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in any of the following: information technology, business analysis, project coordination, technology consulting, or technical sales.
• Experience working for a bank or a credit union.
• Customer service experience in a financial or technical role.
