Job description

Sioli Alexander Pino is a fast-paced, high-volume insurance defense law firm seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented attorney to join our diverse litigation team. Our practice focuses on premises liability, personal injury, workers' compensation, auto accident claims, and maritime law.
This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to develop or expand their litigation skills in a supportive, team-based environment. While prior experience in insurance defense is preferred, we are committed to providing comprehensive training and close mentorship from experienced senior attorneys.
Practice Areas: Premises Liability, Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Auto Claims, Maritime Law
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload under the supervision of senior attorneys.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations (with increasing responsibility over time).
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • Prior experience in litigation or insurance defense is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow under the guidance of senior attorneys.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: premises liability, personal injury, workers' comp, auto claims, or maritime law.
  • Courtroom or deposition experience is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual abilities a plus.
