Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (remote)

Location: Remote (CALIFORNIA), NorCal/SoCal

Position: Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and defend California Workers’ Compensation Defense claims
  • Handle hearings, depositions, and negotiations
  • Draft pleadings, reports, and legal correspondence
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients
  • Develop case-specific defense strategies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Juris Doctorate or LLM
  • 1-5 years Experience in Workers Comp Defense
  • California State Bar
  • Proven ability to provide sound legal advice and conduct thorough legal research
