Job Overview
The UKG Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of UKG software implementation projects for our healthcare clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both project management principles and the unique challenges of the healthcare industry. Manager will also be responsible for managing to the agreed to budget and delivering the project profitably.
Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client goals.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Lead the implementation of UKG solutions, including HCM (Human Capital Management) and payroll systems.
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing client systems.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the implementation process.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, IT, and client staff.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that arise.
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are in place to validate system functionality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives, consultants, and vendors.

Qualifications
  • Experience managing a minimum of two full lifecycle UKG implementations

  • Excellent Presentation skills
