About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Consultant with deep expertise in UKG Ready Payroll and/or UKG Ready HR to lead client implementations from start to finish. In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor guiding organizations through complex system configurations, ensuring seamless deployments, and delivering solutions that drive real business value.


What You'll Do

Lead Implementation Excellence

  • Configure and deploy UKG Ready Payroll and/or UKG Ready HR solutions tailored to client needs
  • Manage full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through post-launch support
  • Develop comprehensive test scripts and quality deliverables
  • Execute strategic implementations that maximize ROI and optimize HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems

Become a Trusted Advisor

  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand business requirements
  • Provide expert technical guidance on UKG Ready Payroll and/or HR functionalities and best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and present innovative solutions
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with partners and clients

Drive Continuous Growth

  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
  • Stay current with industry trends and UKG platform updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing UKG Ready Payroll and/or Ready HR modules
  • In-depth functional knowledge of HR, payroll, and timekeeping modules
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Exceptional communication skills, you can explain complex concepts to any audience
  • Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and travel as needed

Preferred:

  • UKG Ready certifications (SI certifications a plus)
