About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to lead the administration, enhancement, and long-term optimization of its enterprise Workday platform. This role will partner closely with Human Resources, Technology, and business leaders to improve system functionality, streamline processes, and support future HR technology initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, building scalable solutions, and serving as the internal Workday expert.
Location: Hybrid schedule within the Washington metropolitan area.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the organization's Workday environment.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve workflows and system capabilities.
  • Configure Workday to support evolving business requirements.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and improvethe employee experience.
  • Build reports and dashboards that support operational and leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with technical resources to maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues related to configuration, reporting, security, or data.
  • Support testing, documentation, and deployment of new functionality and system updates.
