Job description
Job Title: Workday HCM Functional Testing
Job Location: Raleigh NC or Morristown, NJ
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for HCM applications
- Identify document and track defects through resolution
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand system requirements
- Perform regression testing after system updates or new feature implementations
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing UAT with end users and stakeholders
- Provide training and support on testing processes and documentation standards
- Ensure that testing aligns with system performance standards and business requirements
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in functional testing preferably in HCM systems
- Strong understanding of HCM processes such as payroll recruiting and talent management
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools including automated testing capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
