Intecrowd is seeking a Certified Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics Consultant. If you are passionate about Workday technology, assisting clients, and all the challenges that go with being a consultant, you will want to be a part of our team.

This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada to perform the required responsibilities.

KEY EXPECTATIONS

  • Provide Workday technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle from requirements through deployment.
  • Own the design and development of reporting solutions and Prism analytics strategies for customers implementing Workday.
  • Lead the discovery, design, configuration, and testing support for Workday reporting needs and Prism Analytics use cases.
  • Understand technical issues, expertly resolve issues, and communicate effectively with the client.
  • Train and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Advise clients on options, risks, and any impacts related to reporting.
  • Answer all inquiries on a timely basis.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership.
  • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions.
  • Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology.
  • Provide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with documentation standards.
  • Close attention to detail.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics experience or relevant industry experience.
  • Active Workday Partner certification in Prism Analytics required.
  • Team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively.
  • Quick learner, motivated to understand various technologies used in the Workday ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science. MBA is a plus.
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, ASAP Utilities, MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Adaptable, agile, and quick to adjust to customer needs.
  • Experience defining the object model of a complex business system by mapping its components.
  • Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Architecture and Data Audits.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Data structure experience and reporting in other analytical systems such as Tableau, PowerBI, TeraData Warehouses, MySQL, etc.
  • Experience developing and implementing analytics and data insights.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
  • Experience deploying multiple Financials or Human Capital Management projects simultaneously is highly valued.
