Our client is looking for an Senior Workday Integration Developer for a project and below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title: Senior Workday Integration Developer
Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration Development with Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance.
  • Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Web Services, RaaS, BIRT Reports, and Document Transformation (DT).
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting inbound, outbound, and bi-directional integrations with third-party systems.
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and troubleshooting complex integration and production support issues.
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, data models, and integration lifecycle management with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, RaaS, and Workday Web Services.
  • Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations while ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with HCM, Payroll, Finance, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
