Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integration Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and support of enterprise-wide Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday Integration technologies, Workday Studio, Extend, Reporting, Security, and HCM business processes, with experience delivering complex enterprise-scale HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, test, deploy, and support complex Workday integrations.

* Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Extend, and Workday Orchestrate.

* Lead technical architecture discussions and establish reusable integration frameworks and development standards.

* Develop and support integrations between Workday and enterprise applications including ServiceNow HRSD, IAM, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, and third-party systems.

* Create Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, and support workforce analytics.

* Configure and support Workday Security, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.

* Collaborate with HR, Technology, Security, Data, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions.

* Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

* 7+ years of HR Technology experience with 5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration development.

* Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Extend, Workday Orchestrate, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday Web Services.

* Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday HCM implementations, including Reporting, Security, and HCM business processes.

* Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Integration Lead, Architect, or Senior Workday Consultant on large Workday programs.

* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

* Workday Integration, Studio, Extend, HCM, or Security certifications are highly preferred.
