Job Description

Join the U.S. Bank Workforce Analytics team as an HR Reporting Analyst. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating HR reports to support reporting projects that gather and integrate resources and business data. The HR Reporting Analyst will assist in the creation of Workday Reporting - both Custom Reports and templates. You may also train on and support ServiceNow or legacy tool reporting and leverage BI tools like Power BI to tell a story with the data.

The person in this position will be processing requests received through U.S. Bank's case management system, ServiceNow. This position will also be a critical partner to the Business Analysts on the Workforce Analytics team by helping with requirements gathering or user acceptance testing (UAT). The person in this position will need to be able to work independently and under minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process Workday report requests received through U.S. Bank's case management system

  • Collaborate with business partners to prioritize requests/needs

  • Partner with Workforce Business Analysts

  • Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis (examples: Product Management, HR Business Partners, Risk Management, etc.)

  • Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions. Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three or more years of reporting and data analysis experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in Workday reporting is desired

  • Experience with HR reporting and insights

  • MS Excel experience utilizing Pivot Tables, Power Pivots, Charts, Conditional Formatting, creating formulas and utilizing Excel prebuilt formulas, V-Lookups, and File Joins

  • Experience partnering with Human Resource Professionals regarding their human capital data needs for HR processes (e.g. performance management, engagement survey, succession planning, etc.) and overall talent lifecycle (e.g. talent acquisition, terminations, onboarding, etc.)

  • Experience creating and running reports in the Human Capital Management system(s),Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and/or E360, for the purposes of extracting, collecting, organizing, analyzing and interpreting results for insights

  • Experience developing dashboards in Power BI is preferred

  • Experience working with relational databases is highly preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to document in detail process to ensure compliance

  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and having the mental agility to quickly adjust and adapt to change

Location: The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
