Work you'll do

As a Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant, you will team with EERPS-Workday colleagues as well as members from the client team on comprehensive, full-lifecycle (Financials, SCM or Adaptive Planning) implementation initiatives supporting finance, supply chain or manufacturing and distribution planning/execution transformations utilizing Deloitte's proven, adaptive implementation approach, "Momentum" - which emphasizes flexibility, integrated client involvement, and rapid delivery of value. Clients consist mostly of Large Enterprise organizations with complex Workday implementations.

Sr Consultants leads project workstreams, identify and document business requirements and management requirements. Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, user training, defining support procedures. Additional duties may include: coordination of schedules, creation of documentation and collateral, creation and execution of test / use cases, configuration of Workday software, assisting with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream's efforts and assisting project leadership as required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consulting or industry experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM products
  • 2+ years leading Enterprise Performance Management workstreams in Adaptive Planning
  • Experience leading workstreams on at least two Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM implementations/deployments
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Workday Adaptive certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
  • Functional knowledge around EPM financial systems and processes
  • 3 or more years of experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Prior experience mentoring junior staff

Wages + Salary

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,000 to $229,100.
