A Workday Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other systems. They analyze business requirements, configure integration tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Cloud Connect, and ensure seamless data flow. They also troubleshoot integration issues, monitor performance, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to optimize workflows. Strong technical skills in APIs, XML, and web services are essential for success in this role.
To thrive as a Workday Integration Analyst, you typically need a strong background in HRIS or ERP systems, experience with Workday integration tools, and knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as XSLT, XML, or Workday Studio. Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, EIB, Core Connectors) and certifications in Workday or related systems are highly valued. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders help you excel in this position. These skills ensure seamless data flow between systems and support successful HR digital transformation projects in a collaborative environment.

Strong documentation and communication skills help explain technical issues to stakeholders and drive collaborative solutions. By proactively identifying and managing risks, they maintain system reliability and ensure smooth business operations.

Drive global consistency while allowing for business nuance where needed
Ensure strong documentation, audit readiness, and change control discipline
