Job Description:
  • Minimum 5 years' strong knowledge and experience with Workday Security framework
  • Strong understanding of Core HCM
  • Experience with Workday integration architecture and design
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Project management / leadership skills
  • ITIL certification
  • Understands and adheres to quality management processes and practices
  • Strong experience with Audits and SOX Controls
  • Workday certifications - HCM, Payroll, Financials
  • Knowledge and experience in business process configuration, including rule-based business processes, and condition rules.
  • Payroll, Time & Labor, Chart of Accounts, and custom hierarchy design experience
  • Workday custom reporting, EIB and integration experience required. Workday certifications a big plus
  • Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer
  • Experience with mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions
  • PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications
