Location: Newport News, VA
Workday HCM Lead, will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end implementation and optimization of a complex, multi-entity Workday solution.
This position requires a subject matter expert who can seamlessly navigate the intersection of technical configuration and strategic business process design to support a diverse organizational structure. This position will support cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of a robust solution covering both HCM, U.S./Canada Payroll, Talent/Performance Management, Advanced Compensation, Prism, Journeys, Help.
This position will be critical in performing Fit-Gap analysis, defining global business processes, and ensuring the integrity and security of our data.
