Job description

Are you passionate about HR technology and finding ways to make systems and processes work better? As a Senior HR Technology Analyst, you'll play a key role in the configuration, optimization, and day-to-day administration of Workday across core HR functions. You'll own the integrity and accuracy of HR data while building reporting and analytics that help drive business decisions. You'll partner with HR leaders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, system enhancements, and integrations. This role blends deep functional expertise with a continuous-improvement mindset as you support major projects, Workday releases, and the broader HR technology ecosystem. You'll also help equip users across the organization with the training, tools, and documentation they need to work effectively within Workday.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead configuration and maintenance across Workday HCM modules, including business process frameworks, security roles, and integrations.

  • Support and test bi-annual Workday releases, enhancements, and new functionality.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders and vendors.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HR data through audits and controls.

  • Manage integrations and data feeds between Workday and downstream systems.

  • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, including recurring and ad hoc reporting.

  • Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights to support HR, leadership, and business decisions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system usability and lead or support HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Develop system documentation, job aids, and process workflows and train HR users and business leaders on Workday functionality and updates.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting HR technology with Workday HCM experience required; Workday implementation experience is a plus.

  • Strong judgment, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to identify operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.

  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
