Job Description:
  • The Integration Consultant develops solutions to synchronize data between Workday's cloud-based software and external systems.
  • This role partners with customer teams to gather design specifications, utilize Workday development tools to build and deploy interfaces and integrations to/from Workday's customers' various upstream and downstream systems.
  • Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients' business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience.
  • Define, build, and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with the client's business objectives and needs, enhancing clients' experience and value of the Workday software, of increasing complexity levels with experience.
  • Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one's skills and learnings with others within the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Workday Integrations certification required.
  • 6 + years of Integration experience and ability to craft, develop, and deploy end-to-end integration.
  • Functional application experience in the HCM domain
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing:
    • EIB Inbound/Outbound integrations, Studio, Core connectors, Workday payroll Integrations, PECI and WECI integrations, Advance/Matrix/BIRT reporting, XSLT / XML, Web Services APIs
  • Proficiency in Workday data conversion tools such as EIBs, Workday Studio, and iLoad.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot migration issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Workday Integration Certification
  • Experience building and debugging Custom Reports
  • Workday extend certification, or interest in pursuing Workday extend certification
  • General knowledge in all Workday functional areas
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
