Job description

Position: Business Execution Consultant 4 - Workday HCM
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Model: Hybrid
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to support the Core HCM product team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and product teams to gather requirements, configure Workday solutions, support development activities, and perform UAT before production releases. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves regular interaction with executive-level stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of Workday HCM experience in an Analyst or Lead role
  • Strong experience with Workday Core HCM configuration
  • Expertise in Workday Business Process Framework
  • Experience gathering business requirements and supporting UAT
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Workday Payroll, Benefits, Absence, or Time modules
  • Workday Integrations
  • Workday Certification
  • Experience supporting large enterprise Workday environments

Additional Information:
  • Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule from Charlotte, NC.
  • This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
