General Summary
The Student Account Work-Study position will assist the Student Account Office with daily operations, providing support to students, staff, and faculty. This role is ideal for students who are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are interested in gaining experience in a financial or administrative setting.
Specific Position Duties
Answer incoming phone calls, emails and basic student account information. Direct students to appropriate department, assist with exemptions and vouchers, scan, file, keep inventory stocked, check mail and other duties as assigned.
