Job description

Position Title: Spawn Point Work Study
Department: Student Activities
Reports To: David Gehrels
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
This Spawn Point Work Study Position consists of CCAC Lion's Den facility management on nights and weekends. Employees will manage the passive
programing schedules of the CCAC consisting of but not limited to watch parties, equipment checkout, inventory and maintenance reports, attendance and usage
reports, running gaming tournaments, and Multi-Media Room assistance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Night and Weekend Facility Management (CCAC)
  • Manage Lion's Den Passive Programming
  • Opening and/or Closing of the CCAC
  • Manage Facility Amenities
  • Check out Lion's Den Equipment (pool cues, etc.)
  • Report facility usage and attendance
  • Set up TV, Projector, and Gaming Equipment during usage hours
  • Host Gaming Tournaments
  • Assist in content creation and marketing for Student Affairs

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED EXPECTATIONS
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • 2.0 GPA
  • Software Knowledge: POUNCE, Checkpoint, Roku, Social Media, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, Playstation, Canva, OBS and video editing. (opportunity to learn these softwares on the job)
  • Manage and oversee the general operation of the Lion's Den
