Job description

The Registrar's Office Work Study is responsible for assisting the Student Services & Records team within the Registrar's Office with various tasks as needed throughout the semester. The position concentrates on assisting with the distribution of transcripts, quality controlling our paper files, and assisting with Commencement preparation in the spring, as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of student transcripts for mailing.
  • Help with the process of reviewing student paper documentation in the system for accurate storage.
  • Assist with Commencement preparation in the spring semester.
  • Other projects as needed.
  • Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner.
  • Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's Christian model and Mission - Training Champions for Christ.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS

Education and Experience

High School degree required. Strong computer and communication skills required.
