Job description

LearningObjectives: 

Student Ambassadors will develop and demonstrate foundationalprofessional competencies in customer service, communication, and studentsupport by effectively assisting peers with college systems, resources, andprocesses. Through hands-on experience, students will strengthenproblem-solving skills, digital literacy (e.g., My Tri-C Space navigation), andthe ability to assess student needs and provide appropriate referrals.

Additionally, Student Ambassadors will enhance leadership,teamwork, and intercultural competence by supporting campus events and engagingwith diverse student populations. By the end of the experience, studentemployees will be able to confidently represent the College, applyinstitutional knowledge to real-world situations, and reflect on their role inpromoting student success and completion.
