About The Opportunity

Engineering Interns will work closely under the guidance of the Engineering team to apply practical, hands-on, real work experience utilizing the information and skills they have learned. A focus of the internship will be on understanding the fundamentals of manufacturing engineering.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.

2. Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.

3. Organize and maintain project documentation and data.

4. Identify and optimize a process to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and optimize material usage.

5. Analyze current quality control processes, identify common defects and their root causes, and propose solutions to improve product quality.

6. Present project outcomes to leadership.

7. Other duties as assigned.
