Job description

Job Description: Behavioral TechnicianLocation: Ontario, CASkills: Behavioral Technician

A Behavioral Technician is responsible for providing direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders. They work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. We do offer paid training.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients
  • Assist with the development of new BIPs as needed
  • Communicate with the BCBA and other team members regarding client progress and any concerns
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to collect and analyze data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback
