Job ResponsibilitiesTo assist the Head Men's Baseball Coach with the responsibilities associated with the organization and administration of the men's baseball program with emphasis on the development and implementation of a successful pitching philosophy.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsBachelor's degree is required. Prior coaching experience in baseball. Must possess excellent customer service skills, strong ethical standards, and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Additional CommentsKnowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the game of baseball with emphasis on pitching. Must have good communication skills and have ability to develop good rapport with students, parents and staff.
