Full-time / Part-time โ€“ Variable shift Salary: Up to $50/assignment plus other benefits (bonuses, transportation reimbursement, continuing education plan, etc.) About Asicc-Med โ€“ Mobile Health: Since 1992, Asicc-Med has been supporting health establishments, hospitals, CLSCs, CHSLDs, rehabilitation centers, private residences and home services throughout Quebec. Our mission is to provide professional, humane and safe care while contributing to improving access to care and the quality of life of users.

Job description: We are seeking physiotherapy technologists to support patients in their functional rehabilitation, recovery of their physical abilities and improvement of their autonomy in various care settings. The physiotherapy technologist works under the supervision of the physiotherapist and actively participates in the implementation of treatment plans. Main responsibilities: Follow the treatment plans established by the physiotherapist Supervise and guide patients during therapeutic exercises Use the treatment methods (exercises, mobilization, strengthening, etc.) Evaluate the functional progress of patients and report the observations Ensuring patient safety during procedures Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team Participating in physical rehabilitation and maintaining independence Document clinical follow-ups in accordance with standards and Law 25 Contributing to the continuity and quality of care Requirements: Training and permits: DEC in physiotherapy techniques (or recognized equivalent) Member in good standing of the Professional Order of Physiotherapy of Quebec (OPPQ) Right to practice in Quebec Professional skills: Good knowledge of the principles of physical rehabilitation Observational skills and clinical judgment Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team Autonomy and a sense of responsibility Good physical condition (an asset) Excellent interpersonal skills Proficiency in spoken and written French Strengths: Experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or rehabilitation clinic Driver's license and vehicle Required documents (Quebec labour standards): Up-to-date curriculum vitae Proof of diploma (DEC) Proof of registration with the OPPQ Professional references Valid work permit (if applicable) Any other certification required according to the mandate Employment equity: At Asicc-Med, we believe that every skill has its place.
